We are currently looking for:

============================= Project Coordinator ============================= Help keep our projects moving from the office. You'll work closely with customers, project managers, crews, and the rest of our team to keep communication, scheduling, and day-to-day details organized. We're looking for someone who is: Organized and dependable Comfortable talking with customers and employees Good with computers and communication Able to manage multiple things at once Someone who sees what needs to be done and takes care of it ============================= Office Assistant ============================= 20-40 hours per week to start , with the expectation of moving quickly into a full-time 40-hour-per-week position for the right person. The more you make yourself valuable to the team, the quicker you will be in a position for 40 hours per week. Duties include answering phones, helping customers, scheduling, data entry, filing, emails, and other light office responsibilities. We need someone friendly, dependable, organized, and willing to learn. ============================= Reconstruction Supervisor ============================= We need someone who knows construction and knows how to get things done. This position is primarily office-based , with some field responsibilities. You'll work with our Project Manager and strong in-house crew to keep reconstruction projects moving, organized, and on schedule. Insurance restoration experience is required. A strong sense of urgency is a must. We are looking for someone who can lead, communicate, solve problems, and hold people accountable while keeping the team moving forward. ============================= Reconstruction / Skilled Trades ============================= We are looking for 6 people who can work with their hands and know how to get the job done. Experience with drywall, painting, trim, flooring, framing, repairs, and general residential construction is a big plus. You don't have to be an expert at everything—but you need to have skills, be willing to learn, and take pride in your work. Company trucks, company tools...
