Qualifications & Skills:
High School Diploma/GED; age 18+ CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making abilities Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care settings This role combines hands-on caregiving with frontline leadership, modeling professionalism, accountability, and compassionate service to enhance residents' quality of life.
