Clinical Nurse -Hillside Nursing Center- Hillside Nursing and Rehab is currently looking for Caring and Compassionate RN Unit Manager to join our team! Hillside is a 130 bed skilled nursing facility and 20 bed assisted living located in Wake Forest, North Carolina. Applicants must be listed as current (not expired or lapsed) on the NC Board of Nursing. LPNS chart electronically in our electronic health record (Point Click Care), pass medication -including IVs, complete nursing assessments, supervise CNA's, carry out doctors orders and provide wound care to residents living in the skilled nursing facility. Experience working and Managing in Long Term Care is preferred.
