White Oak Manor Waxhaw is seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN or RN to join our nursing team as a Part-Time Weekend Premium Charge Nurse/Cart Nurse . This position is ideal for a nurse who takes pride in providing person-centered care and enjoys being part of a supportive, team-oriented environment. The Weekend Premium Charge Nurse will assess resident care needs, provide quality nursing care, and assist with implementing appropriate interventions to meet those needs. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Compassionate and committed to person-centered care A strong communicator and leader Flexible, innovative, and dependable A critical thinker and effective problem solver Organized and efficient Committed to excellent customer service Professional when interacting with residents, families, staff, physicians, referral sources, and vendors Qualifications Current RN or LPN license in good standing Long-term care experience preferred, but not required Schedule 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM | 12-hour shifts Every Saturday & Sunday This is a Weekend Premium position requiring every weekend , with an additional weekend premium shift differential .
