Job Summary The Chief Nursing Officer is a key executive leader overseeing all nursing operations and clinical services, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across Dietary, EMS, ED, Surgery Center, Hospital Units, and Quality Management. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership across nursing and clinical operations Collaborate with department heads on efficiency, safety, and quality outcomes Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Oversee staffing, budgeting, and professional development Minimum 5 years acute care experience, including 2 years of management/supervisory experience BSN or Master's in Nursing preferred ED and/or surgical setting experience preferred Meets licensure requirements per ND Century Code 43-12.1 West River Health Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
