Available Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care using the nursing process Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Supervise and support nursing staff and nursing assistants Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Accurately document assessments, interventions, and resident progress Promote patient safety and regulatory compliance Provide leadership, clinical guidance, and mentorship to the care team Participate in quality improvement initiatives and resident care planning Minimum Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) License Minimum 2 years of nursing experience Current BLS Certification Experience in Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehab, or Post-Acute settings preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to supervise clinical staff and manage resident care effectively Preferred Qualifications Clinical leadership or charge nurse experience Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI/MDS) experience preferred Long-Term Care (LTC) experience Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience Experience with interdisciplinary care coordination Knowledge of regulatory and quality standards Technology PointClickCare (PCC) Why Apply?
