$63/hr Lead Quality Resident Care We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Care Leader to provide clinical leadership in a long-term care environment. This position is ideal for an RN who is passionate about resident-centered care, staff mentorship, quality improvement, and ensuring exceptional clinical outcomes for older adults. As the Clinical Care Leader, you will oversee daily nursing operations, support interdisciplinary collaboration, guide nursing staff, and help maintain the highest standards of resident care while promoting a positive and supportive work environment. Clinical care leader roles typically combine direct patient care with team leadership, coordination, and quality oversight. Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and oversight to nursing staff during assigned shifts. Coordinate and supervise daily resident care activities. Perform comprehensive resident assessments and develop individualized care plans. Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes in health status. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and interdisciplinary teams. Mentor, coach, and support RNs, LPNs, and nursing assistants. Ensure compliance with nursing standards, infection prevention protocols, and regulatory requirements. Assist with admissions, discharges, transfers, and care coordination. Review documentation for accuracy and timely completion using PointClickCare (PCC). Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and performance monitoring. Support medication management and resident safety initiatives. Participate in scheduled on-call rotation and provide leadership during weekends as assigned. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Current BLS Certification. Minimum 2 years of Registered Nurse experience required. Previous leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience preferred. Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Post-Acute experience preferred. Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred. Excellent assessment, communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
