Every 5th Weekend We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Care Leader / RN Unit Manager for a Long-Term Care (LTC) and Post-Acute Care facility in Mandan, ND. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN with strong clinical leadership, nursing management, and patient care coordination experience. RN Clinical Care Leader Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff. Oversee daily nursing operations and resident care. Coordinate individualized care plans and ensure quality patient outcomes. Support, mentor, and guide nursing team members. Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and facility leadership. Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and regulations. Participate in on-call coverage every 5th weekend. Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) for clinical documentation and care management. Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota or a Compact RN License. BLS Certification required. Previous experience in RN Leadership, Unit Management, LTC, Skilled Nursing, or Post-Acute Care preferred. Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred. Strong clinical, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
