ASAP Simply Education is recruiting for an established nursery in Central Lincoln who are looking for a Level 3 qualified Deputy Nursery Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role would suit an experienced Room Leader, Room Lead or Senior Early Years Practitioner who is ready to progress into management. Previous Deputy Manager experience is not essential. The role You will work alongside the Nursery Manager to support the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery, lead and support the staff team, maintain high standards of care and education, and help ensure the setting continues to meet EYFS and safeguarding requirements. You will also support staff development, children's learning and development, parent relationships, planning and assessment, and the overall quality of the nursery environment. About you Minimum Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting Ideally previous Room Leader/Room Lead/Senior Practitioner experience Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding Confident supporting and leading a team Passionate about children's learning, development and wellbeing Organised, reliable and professional Ready to take the next step into a Deputy Manager position Benefits £14.05 per hour Permanent position 4 or 5 days per week , depending on preference 28 days annual leave , increasing with length of service ASAP start Excellent opportunity for career progression If you're a Level 3 Early Years professional looking to progress from a Room Lead or senior practitioner position into management, apply today!Benefits
