Omaha, NE 68114 Lead With Purpose Midwest Pain Clinics (MPC) is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and help ensure safe, efficient, high-quality patient care. This is an opportunity to lead a healthcare team while having a direct impact on clinical operations, employee development, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance. Your Impact In this leadership position, you will oversee day-to-day clinical operations and help ensure the team has the staffing, resources, training, and support needed to provide excellent patient care.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead, coach, and support clinical staff. Build strong working relationships with patients, physicians, and employees. Manage staffing, scheduling, and clinical resources based on patient and procedural needs. Ensure team members maintain appropriate licenses, certifications, and competencies. Coordinate new employee orientation, training, competency assessments, and performance reviews. Address patient and employee concerns and participate in root-cause analysis. Lead and support QAPI and quality improvement initiatives. Complete required clinical, regulatory, and QAPI reporting. Maintain compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and other applicable standards. Oversee Infection Control, Radiation Safety, and Life Safety programs. Maintain safety, inspection, infection control, and regulatory documentation. Coordinate safety meetings, drills, and ongoing staff education. Monitor work communications and assist with additional operational needs as required.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of clinical experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Senior-level healthcare experience may be considered in place of education requirements. Current BLS certification. Current ACLS certification. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web-based applications.
Preferred:
