Omaha, NE 68114 Clinical Leadership Opportunity Midwest Pain Clinics is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee clinical team operations and help maintain a high standard of patient care. This role is ideal for an experienced nursing professional who enjoys leading others, improving processes, and creating an organized, compliant clinical environment. What You'll Do You'll play a key role in supporting both the clinical team and daily operations, including: Supervise, mentor, and provide direction to nursing and clinical staff. Coordinate staffing assignments, schedules, and clinical resources according to patient and procedure volume. Partner with physicians, patients, and employees to promote effective communication and teamwork. Verify staff credentials, licenses, certifications, and clinical competencies. Lead onboarding, orientation, training, competency evaluations, and employee performance reviews. Respond to patient and employee concerns and assist with investigations and root-cause analysis. Participate in QAPI activities and ongoing quality improvement efforts. Prepare and maintain required clinical, regulatory, and quality-related reports. Help ensure compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and other applicable healthcare standards. Oversee Infection Control, Radiation Safety, and Life Safety processes. Maintain required safety, inspection, infection prevention, and regulatory records. Organize safety drills, meetings, and continuing staff education. Monitor work-related communications and provide support with additional operational responsibilities as needed.
What You Bring Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of clinical experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Senior-level healthcare experience may be considered as an alternative to the education requirement. Current BLS certification. Current ACLS certification. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web-based systems.
Preferred:
