Night LPN or RN Charge Nurse
Job Description
The Nebraska Masonic Home is a retirement care community in Plattsmouth! A Legacy in Excellence, the Nebraska Masonic home has been providing care to freemasons since 1903. Located In Plattsmouth, Nebraska.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate patient care activities on assigned unit
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement nursing care plans
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems such as Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or Cerner
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
Skills:
- Strong clinical skills in areas such as family planning, neonatal ventilator care, toddler care, sterile processing, basic IV administration, suturing, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team Please note that specific software or equipment experience may vary depending on the healthcare facility.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$34.00- $44.
