The Nebraska Masonic Home is a retirement care community in Plattsmouth! A Legacy in Excellence, the Nebraska Masonic home has been providing care to freemasons since 1903. Located In Plattsmouth, Nebraska.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate patient care activities on assigned unit
• Assess patient needs, develop and implement nursing care plans
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress and outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems such as Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or Cerner
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies
• Provide education and support to patients and their families

Skills:

• Strong clinical skills in areas such as family planning, neonatal ventilator care, toddler care, sterile processing, basic IV administration, suturing, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
