Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Behavioral Health RN Manager to lead our nursing team and support high-quality patient care. This role is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while promoting a positive and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and supervision to behavioral health nursing staffOversee daily unit operations to ensure safe, patient-centered careCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support treatment plansMonitor compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsSupport staff development, training, and performance managementParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety efforts
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Masters preferred35 years of behavioral health experience, with leadership experience preferredStrong clinical, communication, and organizational skillsKnowledge of behavioral health regulations and best practices
