Provide onsite clinical leadership and support to nursing staff during evening operations Ensure high-quality resident care in accordance with state and federal regulations Assist with staffing coordination, admissions, documentation, and care delivery Serve as a resource and mentor for staff, promoting teamwork and professionalism Respond to resident and family needs with compassion and problem-solving Collaborate with department heads and the DON to support continuity of care

What We're Looking For:
