Nursing supervisors play a vital role in supporting staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of resident care. Why Work as an RN Nursing Supervisor Here $15,000 Sign-On Bonus Competitive salaried compensation Supportive and experienced nursing leadership Collaborative interdisciplinary care team Career growth and professional development opportunities Stable, resident-focused long-term care environment Modern clinical systems, including PointClickCare (PCC) Professional, respectful, and team-oriented workplace culture RN Nursing Supervisor Responsibilities Provide supervisory and/or direct nursing care to residents Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs), and Licensed Medication Nursing Assistants (LMNAs) Conduct clinical rounds on assigned units throughout the shift Provide and receive shift reports from licensed nursing staff Recognize and respond to emergency clinical situations and communicate with on-call leadership Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and Local regulations Assist with scheduling, admissions, and staffing as needed Investigate and report narcotic discrepancies Maintain confidentiality of resident care information Review and update care plans following changes in resident condition Lead or participate in Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings Educate and support staff on nursing practices, procedures, and regulatory standards Qualifications Current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience ; long-term care experience preferred Current CPR certification Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of nursing practices, long-term care regulations, and standards of care Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions Professional, adaptable, and team-oriented approach Shifts & Location Full-Time RN Nursing Supervisor position Schedule based on facility needs
