ASAP (within two weeks) Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Unit Manager (RN UM) to oversee nursing operations within our long-term care and rehabilitation facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, proven leadership ability, and a passion for improving patient outcomes. As the Nurse Manager, you'll be responsible for supervising nursing staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of excellence in patient care.
Pay Details :
$60/hourly - $70/hourly Responsibilities Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to maintain compliance with all regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate individualized treatment plans. Manage schedules and staffing needs to ensure optimal shift coverage. Monitor patient outcomes and implement performance improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and facility standards. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (NH or Compact). Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred. Previous experience in nurse management, utilization review, or case management. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficiency in patient care procedures, medication administration, and EMR systems. BLS certification required.
