Job Summary An RN Unit Manager is a registered nurse responsible for the overall clinical operations, staff management, patient care quality, and regulatory compliance of a nursing unit. The role combines clinical leadership, staff supervision, care coordination, quality improvement, and administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage nursing staff. Coordinate daily unit operations and staffing. Monitor patient care and documentation. Ensure compliance with facility, state, and CMS regulations. Handle incidents, audits, and quality improvement. Coordinate with physicians, patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Train and evaluate nursing staff.

Current RN License Resume/CV Nursing Degree/Diploma BLS/CPR Certification Government ID Background Check Drug Screening, if required Immunization/TB Records Employment Verification & References Specialty Certifications, if applicable
Pay:
$58.00 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
