HR Guaranteed Hours:

40 hours/week

Experience & Requirements:

Current Basic Life Support Certification Current license to practice in nursing or eligibility to do so Work experience: 1-2 years of Management experience

Responsibilities:

Delegated staff nurse duties Manage and mentor nursing staff to ensure quality patient care Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and procedures Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care delivery Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and ensure patient safety Handle staffing, scheduling, and performance management within the unit Provided training and supervision on a LTC unit Evaluated accuracy and compliance of all documentation and reports Please feel free to contact me at : (469) 480-1420 or via email at vaibhav@vastikahealth.com
