Kendal at Hanover is a non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community and home to 400 residents. Kendal at Hanover is seeking a Care Manager- Memory Care (RN or LPN) to provide leadership and oversight for resident care coordination, documentation quality, and care plan development with a primary focus on the Assisted Living Level 1 and Memory Care Neighborhoods.
- Hold current LPN or RN licensure in the State of New Hampshire and be in good standing without provisions;
- Have a minimum of two (2) years of clinical nursing experience with a preference for experience in post-acute care settings, geriatrics, or care management;
- Have demonstrated knowledge of appropriate skills for communicating with all ages, especially the geriatric population
- Be able to walk, stand, and bend most of the shift, and be able to move up to 50 pounds. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00
- 4:30 PM.
LPN:
$40.00 to 49.00 per hour, dependent on experience Salary range forRN:
