Job Description

Help for Partial Job Description. We are seeking a full-time

Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team as a

Lead Provider in Keene, NH. This is a unique leadership opportunity for an

experienced APP who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered

care while mentoring and guiding clinical staff in a fast-paced urgent care

setting. As the clinical leader of

the site, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring clinical excellence,

supporting new graduate providers, and fostering a collaborative team culture

that prioritizes safety, efficiency, and outstanding patient outcomes.

Position Overview:
  • Delivering comprehensive
    urgent care services to patients of all ages
  • Serving as the clinical
    leader for all on-site clinical staff
  • Mentoring and supporting new
    graduate NPs/PAs and allied healthcare professional
  • Promoting evidence-based
    practice and high clinical standards
  • Ensuring compliance with
    regulatory and clinical protocols Additional Information

Requirements:
  • Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • Certification by a recognized NP or PA certifying body
  • Active Maine license (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Must have and maintain an unrestricted DEA license
  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $80.00 - $85.00 per hour
