Pay:

$40.00 - $54.00 / hourly

RN Clinic Manager Opportunity:

Full-time, permanent opportunity Monday through Friday schedule Five 8-hour shifts per week Leadership role overseeing clinic operations and clinical staff Opportunity to lead quality improvement and operational initiatives

RN Clinic Manager Responsibilities:

Manage clinic operations, workflow coordination, and staff scheduling Oversee staff training, performance management, and policy implementation Lead compliance, quality improvement, and documentation initiatives Collaborate with providers and organizational leadership to ensure efficient operations

RN Clinic Manager Qualifications:

Active RN license with unrestricted ability to practice in New Hampshire Minimum of five years of supervisory experience required Primary care or outpatient clinic experience preferred Strong leadership and operational management skills
