Job Description

We're seeking an experienced nursing leader to oversee a specialized Progressive Care Unit caring for patients with complex neurological and trauma-related conditions. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically strong RN who enjoys mentoring teams, driving quality outcomes, and leading in a fast-paced acute care environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, staffing, and patient flow Support and develop nursing staff through coaching and performance management Round on patients and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience Lead quality initiatives, audits, and regulatory compliance efforts Participate in hiring, evaluations, and staff development Assist with budgeting, supplies, and departmental operations Why Consider This Opportunity?
