Job Description
Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NH seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead and support clinical nursing operations within Healthcare & Medical Services. In this role, you will coordinate patient care activities, oversee staffing and daily workflow, support policy and quality initiatives, and serve as a clinical resource to bedside nurses. You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care while mentoring staff, assisting with education and onboarding, and supporting performance improvement in a compassionate, team-oriented environment.
