We are seeking a qualified and motivated

Unit Manager, RN Unit Manager Responsibilities:

Supervising Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants on the unit. Participating in Care Planning, ensuring all plans of care are followed. Communicating with families and physicians regarding residents as needed. Ensuring company policies and procedures, as well as state licensing requirements are followed at all times. Qualifications NJ RN Licensure Minimum 2 year LTC experience preferred.

Requirements:

Must be computer literate and experience with EMR preferred Effective writing and oral communication skills are required as well as proven tasks records with team building

Up to $100,000.00 per year
