$113,136.61 - $141,420.77 Annually Req # 79134 Position Summary Provide assistance to the director in the management of the daily operations of the Emergency Department. Community Outreach Qualifications Minimum Education:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in
Nursing Preferred:
Master's Degree in Nursing Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation):
Required:
2-3 years previous Emergency Department experience
Preferred:
Minimum of 2-3 years leadership experience.
License, Registry or Certification:
Required:
Current NJ RN License, CPR, ACLS, PALS, IV Certified Preferred:
CEN. Must obtain CEN within 3-5 years of hire. Knowledge, Skills and/or
Abilities:
Required:
Systems thinker, role model, and coach.
Preferred:
Excellent communication and IPR skills. Must be able to function in a shared governance environment. Working knowledge of
JCAHO, DOH, OSHA AND EMTALA.
