OPTIMA CARE HARBORVIEW
is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our overnight nursing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nursing professional who thrives in a leadership role and is committed to providing exceptional care to our residents. Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff during the overnight shift. Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with daily nursing operations. Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Monitor resident care and address clinical concerns promptly and effectively. Conduct rounds throughout the facility to maintain high standards of care and resident safety. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to nursing staff. Participate in state surveys, audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure positive resident outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation and timely communication regarding resident care issues. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey. Minimum of two (2) years of progressive nursing experience in a Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Nursing Home setting. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and effectively manage overnight operations.
