Experienced Dementia Unit Manager (RN/LPN) - Locked Memory Care Unit ? Morris View Healthcare Center, Morristown, NJ We are seeking an experienced RN/LPN to lead our secure Memory Care/Dementia Unit. This role is ideal for a compassionate, clinically strong nurse leader with extensive experience managing residents with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.
Required Qualifications:
Current RN/LPN license in New Jersey Minimum 1 year of experience as a Unit Manager/Nurse Manager in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience caring for residents with dementia and behavioral health needs in a secured memory care environment Strong knowledge of dementia-specific interventions, behavior management, fall prevention, psychotropic medication monitoring, and regulatory compliance Proven leadership experience supervising nursing staff, conducting clinical rounds, managing admissions, care plans, quality measures, and family communication Join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents living with dementia.
