Job Description
RN/LPN Nursing Supervisor — Full-Time, Overnight (11 PM-7 AM) Morris View Healthcare Center is hiring an experienced RN or LPN to join our team as a Full-Time Nursing Supervisor for the overnight shift.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee nursing staff and ensure quality resident care throughout the shift
- Serve as the clinical leader on-site, managing emergent situations and supporting staff
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and resident care plans
- Coordinate with day-shift leadership for smooth handoffs
Requirements:
- Active RN or LPN license in New Jersey
- Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work independently overnight
