UNIT NURSING MANAGER
to join our team. Qualifications Proven expertise in Nursing Management, including the ability to lead, mentor, and supervise a team of nurses effectively. In-depth knowledge and experience in Nursing and Critical Care Medicine, with a focus on delivering high-quality care in complex healthcare environments. Strong skills in Medicine and Patient Care, including administering treatments, managing care plans, and monitoring patient health with compassion and precision. Demonstrated ability to comply with healthcare regulations and standards while delivering patient-centered care. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey. Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred. Experience in
HIV/AIDS
care or similar healthcare settings is a plus. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
