RN Supervisor Responsibilities:

Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) during assigned shift Ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance Oversee clinical documentation and care plans Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams Respond to clinical emergencies and staffing needs Promote a positive team culture and strong clinical outcomes

RN Supervisor Qualifications:
