Responsibilities RN/ LPN Night Nurse Weekend Supervisor Administering treatments and documentation Complete assessments to determine the resident's needs Counsel patient's family in meeting nursing related needs Ensuring patient records are filled out and accurate Following security measures to ensure patients' information is safe and confidential Managing discharge documents, patient health history forms, admission/discharge documents All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing Qualifications RN/ LPN Night Nurse Weekend Supervisor Must have an active/ valid LPN/ RN license in the state of
