As a Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor , you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents, while fostering a positive and supportive work environment for our team members.

Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care on weekends Conduct rounds to assess patient care and provide guidance to staff as needed Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction Provide education to staff and residents on various topics, including resident rights, medication management, and disease prevention Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, adhering to regulatory standards and West Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center policies Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and other leaders to identify and address staffing needs, as well as develop and implement staffing strategies to ensure optimal care delivery About the
