Role:

Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor As a Nurse Supervisor (RN) with our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. Your responsibilities will include supervising and mentoring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs), partnering with care teams to ensure excellent outcomes, and overseeing daily clinical operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor Active NJ RN license Leadership experience Skilled in long-term care, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing facilities (SNF) Strong communication and problem-solving skills

What You Bring:

Active NJ RN license + leadership experience Skilled in long-term care/rehab/SNF Strong communicator and problem-solver
