Seeking a dynamic and experienced Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to lead our Crisis Behavioral Health nursing department. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing clinical and support staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, comprehensive care to acute, complex patients. The Manager will serve as a clinical expert, provide leadership to the specialty area, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. Previous leadership experience is required.

Certification:

PMHNP certification is required.

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. No weekends.

Qualifications:

Required Education & Experience:

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution. A minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in a relevant specialty. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a leadership or administrative capacity.

Required Licenses & Certifications:

Current and valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse (RN) License. Current and valid NJ Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) License. Board certification as an Adult Nurse Practitioner. Active DEA and NJ CDS registrations for prescriptive authority. AHA Basic Health Care Life Support (BLS) HCP Certification. AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification. PMHNP cert

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience working in a Nurse Practitioner role.
