Job Description

Total Compensation:
$125k-$140k Join a growing healthcare organization dedicated to compassionate, high-quality care in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. We're seeking a Stroke Program Manager to lead and elevate our client's stroke services from the ground up.
What You'll Do:
Lead stroke committee initiatives, mock stroke codes, staff competency training, provider education, and community outreach efforts Own stroke registry data, dashboards, case reviews, performance-improvement plans, and regulatory reporting Coordinate the full stroke system of care across EMS, Emergency Medicine, Neurology, Nursing, Radiology, Lab, Pharmacy, Rehab, Quality, Transfer Center, and telestroke partners Build and mature the stroke program - governance, protocols, policies, staffing plans, education, and certification readiness Standardize neurology operations across inpatient and ambulatory settings, including referrals, scheduling, triage, diagnostics, and follow-up Partner with clinical and administrative leaders on service-line growth, provider onboarding, staffing, budgets, EMR workflows, and referral development Translate data and frontline insights into clear action plans and executive updates Drive improvements in access, throughput, patient navigation, and continuity of care
What We're Looking For:
Current RN license BSN required Strong stroke care experience strongly preferred; candidates with solid ICU backgrounds will also be considered 3+ years in stroke care, neuroscience, emergency services, critical care, or similar (5+ preferred) Proven experience building or expanding a stroke program and preparing for certification/accreditation SCRN certification required (can be obtained within 1 year of hire) Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Comfortable analyzing performance data and leading multidisciplinary teams
