$100,000-$110,000 annually Join Our Team as a Vent Unit Manager! Chateau Rehab and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN to lead our 19-bed subacute Vent/Trach Unit . This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring exceptional clinical care, smooth daily operations, and strong communication across residents, families, and the healthcare team. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage a 19-bed subacute unit specializing in vents and trachs Conduct admissions and complete comprehensive bedside assessments Collaborate and communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members Coordinate and manage resident appointments and follow-up care Support, guide, and oversee unit staff to ensure high-quality care Maintain compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements Requirements Active RN license (New Jersey) Ventilator and trach experience required Minimum 2 years of experience, including nursing home experience Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) Benefits Comprehensive Medical & Dental coverage Generous PTO package 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Recognition Program Supportive, team-oriented work environment Company perks & employee discounts Join Us Today!
