Inspira Health, the region's leading network of healthcare providers, is seeking a Nurse Manager to join our new Neurological ICU department in Mullica Hill, NJ. You will oversee the daily operations of your assigned unit by managing nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. In this role, you will assist with the implementation of nursing policies and procedures, coordinate with other healthcare professionals, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations. Candidates should be able to understand and apply the AONL Nurse Leader Core Competencies of knowledge, skills, and abilities associated with effective leadership. The hourly pay range for this role is $55.55 - $77.76.

Requirements:

Strong ability to relate effectively to patients, their families, physicians, and staff members Can make unbiased decisions in a timely manner and communicate decisions with confidence Mental capacity to perform responsibilities and think globally about problems Able to walk briskly, stand and lean over, lift moderate weight, and react quickly to prevent injury to patient or self Demonstrated expertise in management principles and clinical nursing skills (preferred)

Qualifications:

BSN required; MSN preferred Current nursing licensure in the State of New Jersey 2-3 years of experience as an RN with progressive leadership responsibilities American Heart Association BLS required; ACLS and national certification in area of specialty preferred, or obtained within 3 years of hire Recent experience in neurology, neurosurgery, or a neuro ICU setting managing complex patient populations preferred Why Inspira?
