7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Your Impact As our RN Supervisor , you'll lead daily clinical operations, mentor nursing staff, and ensure exceptional, resident-centered care. You'll play a vital role in maintaining quality standards while fostering a positive and supportive work environment where both residents and employees can thrive. This is an outstanding opportunity for an RN who enjoys leading by example, solving challenges, and making a meaningful impact. What You'll Do Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts Coordinate and oversee daily resident care Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory standards Guide case management to improve resident outcomes Mentor and educate staff on clinical procedures, including catheterization and tube feeding Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical records (Epic or similar EHR systems) Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care Monitor resident progress and adjust care plans as needed Promote a culture of teamwork, compassion, and clinical excellence What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience Excellent clinical judgment and organizational skills Strong communication and team-building abilities Experience with EHR/EMR documentation Passion for delivering outstanding resident-centered care Preferred Qualifications Long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, or memory care experience Dementia care expertise Case management and care coordination experience IV therapy and additional clinical procedural skills Knowledge of HIPAA and regulatory compliance Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Why Preferred Care?
