Consistent Monday-Friday 11 PM-7 AM overnight schedule Medical, Dental, Vision insurance 401k Leadership opportunity with a supportive nursing team Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on resident care Collaborative work environment Growth and advancement opportunities Be part of a healthcare organization that values compassionate, quality-driven care What You'll Do as RN Supervisor Supervise and support nursing staff during the overnight shift Provide clinical guidance to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs Monitor resident care and ensure nursing services are delivered according to established standards Respond to changes in resident condition and coordinate appropriate interventions Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members Assist with admissions, transfers, and resident assessments as needed Ensure medications, treatments, documentation, and clinical procedures are completed accurately Promote compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and quality-of-care standards Serve as a visible and supportive nursing leader for the overnight team Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment What We're Looking For Current New Jersey RN license in good standing Prior nursing experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or a similar setting preferred Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions Compassionate approach to resident care Strong organizational and documentation skills Ready to Make an Impact?
