The RN Quality and Risk Director Responsibilities:

Full-time direct hire opportunity Monday-Friday, business hours, on-site role $10,000 Sign-On and $10,000 Relocation assistance Great leadership and administration team! The RN Quality and Risk Director provides leadership and oversight for quality, risk, and regulatory compliance programs, partnering with nursing leadership, medical staff, department directors, and operational teams to promote patient safety, continuous performance improvement, ongoing survey readiness, and adherence to CMS, Critical Access Hospital (CAH), and accreditation requirements.

The RN Quality and Risk Director Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree is required Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required Minimum of three (3) years of healthcare experience required Experience in quality improvement, accreditation, compliance, patient safety, or risk management preferred
