Seeking a reliable Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts at a skilled nursing facility in Socorro, NM.

Schedule:

Saturdays and Sundays, hours discussed during interview Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, overseeing daily operations, ensuring resident safety and quality care, acting as the clinical decision-maker, managing medication and documentation, and addressing staffing issues

Qualifications:

Current RN license in NM, prior supervisory or weekend leadership experience preferred, strong assessment and communication skills, experience in long-term care is a plus
