Job Description

Northwell Health seeks a Clinical Lead RN to guide day-to-day nursing operations in our Gastroenterology department serving Carmel and Rhinebeck, NY. In this patient-first role, you will coordinate GI nursing care, oversee endoscopy and related procedures, and ensure safe, evidence-based practice. You will supervise and mentor nursing staff, support scheduling and workflow, and collaborate closely with gastroenterologists and interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include quality and safety oversight, staff education, regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement in patient experience and outcomes.
