The Nurse Director of Behavioral Health will lead a dynamic Psychiatric Unit that provides essential inpatient behavioral and mental health services to a broad patient population. Reporting to senior nursing and hospital leadership, the Nurse Director of Behavioral Health will receive executive support while maintaining responsibility for clinical operations, staffing, budgeting, regulatory readiness, performance improvement, patient experience, and strategic program development. The Nurse Director of Behavioral Health will collaborate with friendly nurses and a diverse team of psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, social workers, therapists, case managers, pharmacists, educators, and other healthcare professionals to foster an inclusive, accountable, and supportive care environment.
