One plus years experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital / nursing home dietary department is a must Major job responsibilities of the Dietary Supervisor include, but are not limited to the following: The Dietary Supervisor will assist the Food Service Director as needed to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Dietary Department. The Dietary Supervisor will assure that quality nutritional services are provided and that the dietary department is maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary manner as per current federal, state and local regulations, as well as facility and departmental policies and procedures.
