Registered Nurse Supervisor

Our work environment includes:
Office setting We are seeking a responsible and reliable individual to join our team in the role of Clinical Supervisor (Registered Nurse) to help our clients with medically-based care in the home and to provide administrative guidance to ensure excellence SPS Responsibilities (not limited to): Supervise day to day clinical operations of the home care agency. Responsible for all administrative duties associated with the position. Oversee compliance with all DOH state and federal regulations, and make sure policies and procedures remain current and relevant given the DOH regulations Perform supervisory visits and home assessments Responsible for staff in-service training, new hire skills assessments, and development programs. Conduct quarterly Quality Assurance program meetings to ensure DOH compliance. The right candidate has the experience and an understanding of NYS DOH regulations and wants to join a team that is making a big difference in the lives of our clients. Facilitate HHA training program two-three times a year.
Required experience:
Current NYS RN license/BSN with a minimum of 1 years experience as a Supervisor in a Home Care Agency. Understanding of/experience with NYS DOH regulations and surveys A MUST. Current driver's license and reliable car for performing home assessments and supervisory visits.
Qualifications:
License and current registration to practice in the State of New York as a Registered Professional Nurse. one (1) year of experience as a Supervising in a Home Health Care Program (LCHSA). Strong interpersonal and written communication skills Demonstrated computer literacy and proficiency. Ability to work effectively in high- activity situations and under pressure. Ability to meet the necessary time and schedule requirements as related to the position. Able to work in close contact with leadership team, management staff, department staff, and community. Innovative and motivated to continuously improve internal systems and processes..
