Centers Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse Unit Manager to lead a tech-enabled clinical unit. In this role, you'll oversee daily nursing operations, coordinate patient care, and guide a team of RNs and LPNs using modern software tools and EHR systems. You will monitor quality, compliance, and clinical outcomes while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and IT specialists. Responsibilities Lead and supervise nursing staff on the unit, ensuring high-quality patient care Coordinate patient care plans and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Use EHR and clinical software tools to document, track, and analyze patient data Monitor unit performance, quality, and regulatory compliance Develop and implement process improvements to enhance patient outcomes and efficiency Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff, supporting continuous learning Align unit practices with organizational policies, standards, and technology initiatives Communicate effectively with patients, families, and internal stakeholders Support adoption of new healthcare technologies and digital workflows Prepare and review reports on clinical outcomes and operational metrics Required Skills Patient care management Clinical leadership Care coordination Electronic health records (EHR) management Quality and compliance monitoring Staff training and coaching Performance metrics and reporting Interdisciplinary collaboration Process improvement Basic data analysis
