Clinical Director, RN for an Ambulatory Surgery Center Are you an experienced OR Registered Nurse leader with a strong background in Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) operations? Are you passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, leading high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced outpatient environment? FlexStaff is partnering with a respected client to identify a dynamic OR-RN Operations Director to lead clinical operations at a thriving Ambulatory Surgery Center. This role is ideal for a confident, collaborative leader who brings both deep perioperative nursing expertise and a strong operational mindset. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight for nursing care across all clinical areas Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, regulatory standards, and quality initiatives Collaborate with physicians, medical staff, and administrative leadership to optimize patient care and service delivery Oversee daily facility operations, including staffing, scheduling, workflow, and resource utilization Lead and support Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) efforts Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence Support staff growth through mentorship, coaching, and ongoing education Monitor operational efficiency and contribute to sound fiscal management practices Required Qualifications OR-RN experience is required Minimum of 15 years of leadership experience within an Ambulatory Surgery Center Active RN license Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong clinical expertise in perioperative services and outpatient surgical operations Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire teams in a fast-paced ASC setting Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and exceptional care Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management Computer proficiency and working knowledge of ASC operations Take the Next Step If you are a visionary nursing leader ready to bring your ASC expertise to a role where your leadership truly matters, we encourage you to apply.
