M-F Business Hours The Field Nursing Supervisor provides clinical oversight and supervisory visits for caregivers in patient homes, ensuring care is delivered safely, competently, and in compliance with NYSDOH regulations and the patient's Plan of Care. This role serves as a key clinical resource for patients, families, and field staff.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support RN/LPN staff, including onboarding, training, and ongoing competency evaluations. Oversee clinical documentation, care plans, and quality initiatives. Conduct field visits as needed to ensure care standards are met. Collaborate with leadership on program development, staffing, and performance management. Participate in strategic planning and process improvement to support program growth.

Requirements:

Associate's Degree in Nursing required Valid NY RN License Minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience, including supervisory or management experience highly preferred Experience in home care or similar clinical setting preferred

MLTC/UAS
