Per Year Description:
- Join our healthcare team as a Registered Nurse Manager, leading a dynamic nursing team in a school-based health center in Paltz, NY.
- This full-time position requires hands-on leadership, ensuring patient-centered outcomes through effective management of processes, technology, and staff.
- The role is onsite, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 08:00am to 04:00pm, and rotating Saturdays.
Requirements:
- Licensed Registered Nurse in New York State
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- 2 years of nursing experience
- Experience in ambulatory, medical surgical, or ER setting preferred
- Ability to perform venipuncture and administer medications
- Bilingual, Spanish preferred
- Basic computer skills
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Demonstrated ability in telephone triage and diagnosis procedures
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Current BCLS certification
- Infection Control Certificate
- Child Abuse Certificate
- Critical thinking for problem solving
