LPN/NP/PA/Nurse Manager with Community Health Experience! This clinic is the leading community health organization committed to promoting the well-being of individuals and families in their community. We provide comprehensive healthcare services, preventive care, and health education to underserved populations. Our team is dedicated to making a positive impact and improving the overall health outcomes of our communinity. Do you have a passion to serve? Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Assist in patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and self-care techniques. Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA): Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
